 Video on Chapter Seven and Chapter Thirteen Bankruptcy: Hi. I’m attorney Sam Benevento. I have personally prepared an instructional, 10 minute video for you to view on-line, (or by calling/stopping in to my office for a free DVD). In the video, I explain the difference between Chapter Seven and Chapter Thirteen - the two most common types of consumer bankruptcies and small business bankruptcies. I also explain the basics of bankruptcy exemptions in Nevada (exemptions are the property that you are allowed to protect while you are in bankruptcy). My video also touches on the means test of chapter 7 and income analysis of chapter 13 as well as the timing of your bankruptcy and other issues.
